Getting There
No matter where you're starting out, it's easy to reach the Georgetown University Law Center, located on Capitol Hill just two blocks from Union Station at 600 New Jersey Avenue, N.W.
FROM THURGOOD MARSHALL-BWI AIRPORT
MARC trains provide service Monday to Friday to Union Station from Thurgood Marshall - BWI Airport for just $6 one way. Trains leave every 7-10 minutes during rush hour and every 45 minutes or so thereafter. Take a southbound train to Union Station, then follow the walking directions (see link to map at bottom of email) to reach Georgetown University Law Center.
FROM REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT
Take the Yellow Line Metrorail train toward Fort Totten. When you arrive at Metro Center, transfer to a Red Line toward Glenmont. From Union Station follow the walking directions (see link to map at bottom of email) to reach Georgetown University Law Center.
FROM DULLES AIRPORT
There are a couple of inexpensive ways to get from Dulles to Union Station. For $6, you can catch a 5A Metrobus to L'Enfant Plaza Metrorail station, where you can catch a red line train to Union Station. Or, you can purchase a ticket (one-way or round-trip) for the airport shuttle at the Washington Flyer Coach ticket counter located at Arrivals Door #4 in the main terminal. Travelers also board the coach from this location. The buses depart approximately every 30 minutes, but please listen for announcements for exact bus departure times. This will take you to the West Falls Church Metrorail station, where you may purchase a Metrorail farecard. Farecard costs vary depending on the time of day. Take the train bound for New Carollton, and when you arrive at Metro Center, disembark and take a Red Line train toward Glenmont, which will take you right into Union Station. From Union Station then follow the walking directions (see link to map at bottom of email) to reach Georgetown University Law Center.
BY TRAIN
Amtrak offers daily train service right into Union Station. From Union Station follow the walking directions below to Georgetown Law School.
HYATT REGENCY WASHINGTON
Check-in at the summit hotel, the Hyatt Regency Washington at 400 New Jersey Avenue NW, is at 3 pm. Since the summit begins at 3, we have arranged for late check-in for all of our attendees and will have a place at Georgetown Law School where you can store your bags. Check-out is at noon on Friday, July 19; if you like, you can bring your bags to the Georgetown University Law Center that morning and we will store them for you.
