David Dante Troutt

David Dante Troutt directs the Center for Metropolitan Equity, Rutgers School of Law–Newark. He is professor of Law and Justice John J. Francis Scholar at Rutgers University.  The author of many articles and essays on the crossroads of race, class and local government arrangements, Professor Troutt's most recent book is The Price of Paradise: The Costs of Inequality and a Vision for a More Equitable America.
