Kathy Risko
Kathy Risko is Executive Director of CONNECT - Congress of Neighboring Communities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Risko was named a “Next American Vanguard”, a distinction recognizing 40 people under the age of 40 who address urban issues in innovative and ambitions ways. Risko has directed CONNECT's work on such issues as avoiding Port Authority cutbacks, addressing poverty and foreclosures in the suburbs, and mediating sewer-overflow in the city and municipalities.
