August 17 Clergy, Faith & Community Leaders Gathering
Update and next steps on Fight Against School Secession and Segregation in NJ.
School Segregation, Education & Opportunity in New Jersey.
Please join us for the next gathering of community and faith leaders on Tuesday, August 17th for an update and next steps on the fight against school segregation and secession in our state.
Please pre-register here for this virtual gathering of faith and community leaders.
August, 2021 marks 58 years since the 1963 March on Washington. The largest protest in American history (at that time) was organized in less than 3 months. But many of the demands of the march have yet to be met by our state and national leaders including an end to the deliberate and intentional segregation of our school children by race.
Next week we focus on program and planning our September 24th Statewide School Segregation conference and driving turnout from our communities, congregations and organizations.
Tuesday, August 17 at 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Please pre-register here for this virtual gathering of faith and community leaders
