Assemblywoman-Elect Tennille R. McCoy is a dedicated public servant with a proven record of leadership and a passion for community service. She brings a unique perspective to public service, having successfully driven organizational success through effective people management, talent acquisition, and innovative employee engagement programs. Assemblywoman-Elect McCoy has a Bachelor of Science Public Administration Degree from Virginia State University, Master of Science in Human Resources/ Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University and a Global Executive MBA from NYU Stern/ London School of Economics and HEC Paris Business School. Her education served as a catalyst to navigate diverse industries, including government, financial services, sports and entertainment, real estate, healthcare, and food manufacturing. Tennille's commitment to public service extends beyond her philanthropic achievements, as evidenced by her role as an elected Hamilton Township District Committeewoman, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., serving on the board and her contributions to various community organizations such as Dress for Success and the Samuel McCoy III Scholarship Fund. She is a dynamic force in addressing the pressing issues faced by our community. Tennille's extensive leadership experience, coupled with her exceptional negotiation skills, champions the needs and aspirations of her community and soon constituents as Assemblywoman-Elect. Her dedication to progressive change and community welfare ensures a brighter future.
